Apple has posted a new webpage touting the creation of 325,000 jobs in South Korea.
Apple says it has been doing business in South Korea for over twenty years, contributing to the economic growth of the country. The company directly employs 500, works with over 200 partners across Korea and estimates 200,000 jobs created by the App Store.
Apple made its first step in Korea with only two employees more than 20 years ago. Today, more than 500 employees work in a wide range of fields, including designers, production professionals, retail staff, customer service representatives, marketing specialists, hardware and software engineers. And this number is growing rapidly.
